Hi there. How's the climate in your office and how is your relationship with your office colleagues? I like open people, friendly and to have a bit of sense of humour to light things up when you're tensed because of your daily tasks. I used to have those colleagues, but now I got promoted and I share my office with 5 girls. Only one of them is my type, open, happy all the time and in a good mood, working and trying to socialize as well. Rest of them are dry, cold and too "professional", meaning when they open their mouth to say smth it's always smth related to the project they're responsible with.

There will be a great deal of pressure to get rid of guns, but I have several concerns about this:

1) The constitution makes provision for an Organized Military and an Unorganized Militia of Armed Fighting Men and Women that could mobilize into a fighting force if needed. So the idea is if a foreign nation invaded our country (which could happen) the people in our communities being armed could mobilize into a military force.
2)every country that has removed guns has seen an increase in violent crimes and criminals such as Cho.The criminals will still be able to buy guns somewhere.Violent criminals take advantage of unarmed people, as did Cho.
3)It is this punish everyone for what one person did kind of thing.
4)there will be a backlash against PTSD survivors and similar people.
5) ban guns,they kill with fertilizer,ban fertilizer,kill with propane,ban propane, they kill w/household items, ban household items, they kill using rocks, ban rocks... and on and on.

I have recently listened The Doobie Brothers from the beginning of 70'. This very skilled and elegant band has, as far as I understand, not got wider popularity in Northern Europe, however. Is it because other bands of this era (like The Byrds, Buffalo Springfield and CSN&Y) were better-marketed by record companies, rock magazines e.t.c.? Can DB (as I think) have a significant status in the history of rock music? What has their history been like after 70's?

My husband was given a psych test in Germany after he left Iraq a few weeks ago. He had suffered a broken rib in Iraq and they sent him home to heal. He would have had at least 6 months left, but they are NOT sending him back because mainly, he failed the psych test. But what exactly does that mean? Of course, I could not be happier because I don't ever have to let him go again. He said they tested his short term memory and such. Anyway, if you've got any clue, thanks for answering and please no mean or disrespectful comments.

Feeling really stressed, depressed, i really feel like i'm crumbling inside with everything at the moment. Particularly work. It's killing me and i think i may have meltdown at work either today, but most likely tomorrow.
I know i need to talk to the boss, but i have felt to wussy to do it in the past few weeks. He's not in this weekend, so what can i do.

Any tips to get me through another week would be greatly appreciated?
