A number of things from nothing to major.

On the small scale, the light could be stuck on and nothing wrong. That happened with my moms car and Leschwab fixed it really fast.

When was your oil changed last? When was the last dealer or general check up your car got?

We can't answer it on here because it requires checking your car out in person. I would say ask mechanic to check it out for you. Better safe than sorry.

Starting with the most important thing, you probably need to have your timing belt replaced. If you don't, it will void your power train warranty. If your timing belt breaks, it could damage your engine and cost a lot of money to fix. It should have been changed at 60,000 miles.

hi...with check engine lights, there are only two things we can do to find out what its all about.... one, to go to a car shop for them to check it out. second is to go to a local car parts store and hope that they can help you find out. :)
