Hi there. How's the climate in your office and how is your relationship with your office colleagues? I like open people, friendly and to have a bit of sense of humour to light things up when you're tensed because of your daily tasks. I used to have those colleagues, but now I got promoted and I share my office with 5 girls. Only one of them is my type, open, happy all the time and in a good mood, working and trying to socialize as well. Rest of them are dry, cold and too "professional", meaning when they open their mouth to say smth it's always smth related to the project they're responsible with.

I am the sort of person who likes to work at work. But I think work can be fun and friendly.

One of the best places that I worked at have a very comfortable break room, so people worked hard, and had time and a place to be friendly in their break time.

For me a good job is the most important thing. Professional colleagues are a must, friendly colleagues are a bonus. Sometimes my work is very busy so I find myself not talking to people around me.

My advise, is don't worry. Don't annoy your colleagues by being too friendly. But when the time is right, they probably appreciate have a nice friendly person like you around and are glad to have you as a colleague.

1. Ones that do not gossip.
2. Honesty and openness. They do not withhold their feelings even if it is negative toward me. I rather have problems solved than hidden.
3. Intelligent and helpful. Collegues are teammates. I want to grow with them professionally.
4. Positive. A little lighthearted comment can boost our morale.
