Brandon, Nat, and Rob are driving along, and their car breaks down. They won't be able to get it repaired until the next day, so they go to a hotel.
Being cheap, they decide to split a single room. The girl at the desk says it costs $30, so they each pay $10, and head up to the room.
A short while later, the girl realizes the room was only $25, so she goes to the room and returns $5 to the guys.
They sit around a table, and place the $5 between them.
They each take $1 back.
So, having gotten a dollar back, now they've each payed $9, which makes a grand total of $27.
However, there is only $2 left on the table. The $27 and the $2 only at up to 29, not 30, so where did the extra dollar go?

Was in a movie theater the other day, and they were broadcasting some Global Warming Propaganda to a theater full of kids. It went something like this. Kids talking to each other one kid says this year I am getting a bicycle, another say I am getting coastal flooding, another say I am getting a scooter, another says I am getting massive soil erosion. Isn't it wonderful that we let people pollute our childrens minds like that. Why are the theaters using our children to further liberal political agendas? At the same time polluting their minds with violence, sexual content, and offcolor humor.

I have a chihuahua and he is happy all the time, but he does get into trouble and I have to punish which i hate and he tries to growl and bite while i punish him..But right afterwards when i sit down he trys to rub against me and licks my hand trying to get my attention

My skin has got burnt which feels itchy when I touch. I feel the urge to scratch the entire region hardly. What should I do?

Its scorching summer at my place. The power supply here is also erratic, so staying put inside ACs/Coolers is not possible always. Since I am into a marketing job, I need to venture out in the sun anyways. I use my mobike to travel, dont use air-conditioned car as it is costly.

Please suggest some remedies including home-made remedies. I tried applying those 'cool' talcum powders, but the condition has not improved much. Do I need to consult a dermatologist? Or what?

Help!!!!!

I'm a 20 year old Christian male who doesn't believe in miracles. For instance, people believe that if they're sick with a terminal illness and they pray to God, they can be saved.
What does that say about the people who pray to God but aren't cured of their cancer? What did they do that God wouldn't help them? Are they not worthy? How does God choose who to save and who not to? Why are murderers, atheists, and rapists cured of a disease while a young child isn't? Why didn't God help the child?
I know I'm just rambling but I want to hear people's opinions. And please don't give me any of that "God has a plan" or "God knows what's best" B.S., because hopefully everyone, including God, can agree that a young, innocent child dying of brain cancer is not a plan of God.
So basically the question is: Do you believe in miracles or not? and why, based on the questions I've provided.
