I think society labels the people who do these things as evil, subhuman, ect. I suspect more is going on - the people who do these things are different from the mainstream and have been labelled geeks and losers and so on. They get terribly upset, put their hands on a gun, and express their hatred. Of course they are TOTALLY wrong to do this. But I think that the thinking in society that puts a high premium on good looks, sporting ability, confidence, and style, and labels outsiders 'geeks', 'nerds' and similar humiliating labels has a role and responsibility in helping to generating the passion and anger wich is then, sometimes, so tragically expressed .

ever since trying out the back exercise "the superman", i've been dealing with a lot of leg muscle and joint pain. the pain started the day after trying out the exercise, and most of the leg pains have gone away over the course of a month with the exception of knee problems. the knee problems have actually worstened. symptoms are occasional redness over knee, rarely stiffness, pain "behind" kneecap and around the knee area, mostly tendons. if i put my hands on them, i can also hear them make a creaking noise, though ive probably had this before without noticing it. ive been going to a chiropractor and have seen some improvement. pain becomes more constant and stronger a few hours after exercise.

is this just a case of overworked knee, or did i do something serious to it? i about a month before experiencing leg pain i had started doing sprint exercises.

sorry if its written poorly, im in a rush and can add info in necessary.

I live in Guam and about two weeks ago we had a huge typhoon warning and a tsunomie warning, (it turned at the last minute so we didnt get hit) but i realized that for my small familly of three and three dogs we had nothing but water and a few things in our pantry to be prepared with. So i went to the commisary (military grocerie store) and bought some non perishable foods, some flashlights and candels and then waited in line for almost two hours as it was rapped literally all the way around the store. My husbands commander did a phone "recall" telling us to stock up on food and fill up on gas as well. So we waited in another line that was like 2-3 blocks long. It was absolutley crazy, so the next time we get a warning i want to be already prepared. Any suggestions?

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do.
Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.
He invited all his neighbours to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.
A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.
As the farmer's neighbours continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it
off and take a step up.
Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and
happily trotted off!
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:
Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.
Free your mind from worries - Most never happen.
Live simply and appreciate what you have.
Give more.
Expect less

NOW............

Enough of that crap . . .

The donkey later came back, and bit the farmer who had tried to bury him.
The gash from the bite got infected and the farmer eventually died in agony from septic shock.

MORAL FROM TODAY'S LESSON:

When you do something wrong, and try to cover your ***, it always comes back to bite you.

An electron with initial kinetic energy of 4.0 keV enters Wall 1 at time t = 0.

Wall 1 contains a uniform magnetic field directed towards it with magnitude 0.010 T. The electron goes through a half-circle then exits Wall 1, headed towards Wall 2 across a gap of 25 cm.

There is an electric potential difference V = 2000 V across the gap, with a polarity such that the electron's speed increases uniformly as it traverses the gap.

Wall 2 contains a uniform magnetic field directed against it with magnitude 0.020 T. The electron goes through a half-circle and the leaves Wall 2.

At what time t does it leave?

I am just stuck with where to start! Please point me in the right direction. Give me the answer so I can check my work. Thanks...
