I have many live plants in my tank and its growing on some of them. I also have a net breeder for my baby fish and its growing all over an outside wall of it. I don't know what it is, what the cause of it is, or how to stop it. Please help me out!

No smart-alec answers please. I have tried since he was a little puppy and nothing seems to work. I have tried redirection with toys, spray-bottle with water and even a little lemon juice added only to see him liking it and licking it. I have tried the bitter apple spray on our arms. Again, he just licks it off and grabs hold of our arms. I have tried holding his snout and saying "no bite". He kind of chews and nips. He thinks he is playing, but he really hurts sometimes. I have tried crating him everytime he does it and that doesn't work either. The only thing that seems to work sometimes is when I take him in the yard and tire him out. But even after he rests for about an hour, he starts grabbing our arms again. Other than this, he is super intelligent and you give him food from your hand, he takes it gently. I'm at my wits end. HELP!

I am trying to get back into shape, basically I want my old body back! I'm not over weight at all but I was happy with my old body. I used to go to the gym every day but now I am at college and i'm always swamped with work. I used to love it and now I never seem to be able to get motivated enough. Anways, I wanted to know how much cardio I should do if im trying to loose a couple pounds and get back into shape! Thanks =)

My dog attacked someone on the weekend and had to be put down. I am so devasted I can barely get out of bed. I've never been so upset. I'm a christian, and have faith in God. I've always prayed for my pets protection. Can another christian please explain why this happened if I prayed for his protection? I don't want to lose my faith, but I just don't understand. Cho Seung Hui was a South Korean.
Yes, I know that for fact.
He has commited a serious crime.
My prayers are with those victims and their families.
But would people feel any different about Koreans, now?
My girlfriend is korean and one of my best friend is too.
My friend was feeling uncomfortable and sad about the event today, but his girlfriend assured him that it's not his fault.

Should we feel the Koreans are bad now?
I actually feel bad for them.
I love these guys, and it's just one guy's fault.
I hope no one feels different about the Koreans now.

I was absent a day in my algebra II class...we covered parabolas. I think I have a pretty solid grasp on them, but one equation from my homework is giving me a ton of trouble.

I need to turn:
y[squared] - 8x = 0

Into this equation:
y = a(x-h)[squared] + k
OR
y = ax[squared]

From there, I can graph the parabola.

I've tried everything I can think of...completing the square, factoring, and nothing seems to work. Anything you can do to help, like explaining the steps, would be great. Thanks so much!
