start out slowly so u don`t get burnt (that would defeat the purpose, wouldn`t it???), maybe about 5 min...if all goes well, then move up by a min or 2 each session, til u reach the max amount of time allowed in the bed...probably u will need to go at least 4 days a week, as the date of your wedding is less than 1 month away...happy tanning!!!

It all depends on your skin tone. That is in about 3 weeks. I would suggest getting an airbrush ((not spray tan because you will look orange)) a few days before your wedding. If you want to go to a tanning booth then you should go in the first time for about 6 mins and buy a good tanning lotion. Then each time after that ((go about every other day or every 2 days)) increase your time by 1-2 mins.

Congrats... hope this helps

Tanning beds are very harmful to your skin so I would be careful. That being said, before I got married I went tanning also. Limit yourself to one or two times a week and space your visits out so that you do not get burnt.

Some good alternatives are
a spray tan from a salon
L'Oreal Sublime Bronze gel (works very well)
Urban Decay Half Baked bronzing powder

Well I used to work at Hollywood Tans. I would go at least 4 times a week and you should be good! I would tell you to get a tanning lotion that has bronze in it, not tingle! Don't do spray tans, you look orange and it's easy to mess up! Congrats!

Tanning is HORRIBLE for your skin.
You can develop many different skin diseases including the infamous melanoma.
If you have to tan, do a spray tan.
Its better, because:
1. Its wayyy safer
2. It takes about 5 minutes to spray...As opposed to hours laying out a day.
3. Its more even and presise than a regular tan.

DONT TAN TOO MUCH you will get skin cancer when you are older, and in about ten years you'll have tons of wrinkles and sunspots. If i were you, i'd get that tanning lotion stuff and spread it all over yourself, and then just tan for like fifteen minutes two or three times, wear lots of sunscrean or else u'll get sunburned, and you woulnt wanna be all read and peeled on your wedding day! congrats!

It's a month away. Congratulations!! I would go twice a week to a very good tanner. Ask the technicians there they may say three times a week is o.k. That's what my best friend did. But do not go the two days before your wedding.
