Then company went public stock shot up I held onto shares for more than a year and sold some at $30 per share. The initial Public Offering price on stock was $19 per share my question is do I have to claim a gain of $29 per share or $11 per share? I bought when company was privately held so shouldn't my basis be the FMV of the stock when it was first available to the public? I know Uncle Sam will get theirs I just don't want to give them more. It was 100,000 shares sold

my husband had broken out with a terrible -- terrible rash on his legs and feet in the last month . Also he has tiny little blood blisters all over his body and great itching. the doctor is telling him that coumadin is not the cause. I beleive that it is the cause. As he's not taking anything different. He has been on this stuff since last june since the suspicion of a blood clot appeared. the doctor even addmitted that it could also be arthrits instead of a clot. the tiny lump is located in the joint of his right knee. He still has the tiny lump.
Can anyone come with a possible alternative? They are telling him that he has to take this for life. which is hard for me to accept as he has not had a heart attack or a stroke. please help us if you can

hey peoples ive had my 65l tank for about 3 weeks now with 3 smallish oscars in it. and the water is still slightly cloudy. i read up on something fcalled new tank syndrome somethin about bacteria or yeh. they reccoment changing 10-15% of the water every few days jus to get rid of waste. will this frequent change harm the fish. oh yeh i have a canister filter which is for a 120l tank and the tank isnt near a window. any advice would be much appreciated

My husband has been so upset with me lately. I have been taking at least 4 Tylenol PM's a night and regular during the day. I suffer from SLE Lupus and I am in chronic pain and have a heck of a time sleeping. I have been doing this for about 6 years and he thinks I am killing my liver and kidneys. Should I be worried? It is just Tylenol.

I concentrated and listened the pronunciations of two words many times.

I used to be adamant if a man threatend or lifted his hands to me in any way I would walk out the door and take no sh!t of him. I used to see woman on TV going on about being 'battered wives' and pity them and wonder why they didn't just leave.

Now I find myself with a man I think is controlling in some ways and has hit me in the heat of the moment arguments. Sometimes I've hit him as well - in fact most of the time I have provoked him and asked for it but last night he pushed me over during an argument totally unprovoked and it really upset me.

I don't work, I stay at home to look after our son. We can afford it and it was discussed and we agreed it would be best for everyone. Now he constantly reminds me that I need his money to survive. He pays everything, I get £100 a month from my saturday job and that does my phone bills, everything else is from him. I am grateful that he does this but I can't thank him every day surely?

I was falling and I knew if I hit the ground I was dead. I hit the ground and next thing I was spiraling upwoods towards this bright light. On the way up I saw images of my whole life (55 y) right back to my children and to when I was born. While this was happening I felt hands trying to pull me back down. Next thingI woke up from my dream but I felt paralised then I dreamt again of telling my sister what happened whilst I was driving then we had a crash and I woke up. This would have to be the wierdest dream I have ever had. Can you tell me what this means please?
