If you crash your car while your sister is with you, know that people want you to stay alive. They want you to stay around. It really seems like a message dream to me. I am not an expert, but I have looked into dreams a little. Have you been feeling that nobody cares if you live or die? It could also be a warning that you will have a difficult time with your health, but if you work at it you will get through it. It will be worth the effort. Best wishes.

That is one scary dream, unfortunately I have no explanation for what u dreamed. I once had a dream about God returning to earth. In my dream it was a very clear night and I was watching the stars from my bedroom window. I noticed that one star had turned bright red and there was no sound to be heard anywhere. The next moment I felt an earthquake(very strange since we don't really experience earthquakes in South Africa). We managed to get outside and all the roads were cracked up. In all the chaos I barely noticed that my whole family had disappeared and I was left alone. The red star was gone and a real strong wind started to blow clouds of dust through the streets and then I woke up with this awfull feeling God came to collect my family and left me behind. I've never been able to forget that dream. Some nights when I wake up, I go and have a look just to check that everyone else is still there.

Dreams are your minds sub conscious hard drive still turned on as you sleep. Because the conscious mind does not interfere, the sub conscious keeps pulling things out in an attempt to put the pieces together. That's why the events are not necessarily connected, and don't make sense. The reason we tend to have the same dreams over and over again, is that the mind keeps trying to make logic out of all of the bits and pieces.
Since we have no control over the events happening in our dreams, we have to accept them with a grain of salt.
But, you can try to resolve the sub conscious hard drives indecision by mentally finishing the story while you are awake. What happens then, is that the sub conscious hard drive has a solution, and goes on to another series of events.

I think it could mean a number of things:
1. You were sleeping on an intercontinental flight with a lot of turbulence.
2. You want to be intimate with your sister (or feel guilty about having been intimate with her in the past).
and/or,
3. You smoked some cannabis or hash before going to bed the night before.
Seiously, humans often try to find signs in things that are not signs. We see patterns in randomness because we have pattern-seeking minds. So let's accept that dreams are randomness and not signs, and simply enjoy them.

Dreams are devised by the brain and speak to us in often very personal metaphors. Examine it carefully and see what parts have the most meaning for you, and you may discoverr that your subconscious is trying to tell you something. Remember that the events of the dream are things that YOU would understand. We can't tell you about your dream accurately since we do not use the same system of symbols and connotation.

There are several things this could be. For one, it sounds like you may have had a very vivid out-of-body experience or "astral travel" journey. I don't think this is the case and I don't want to scare you because it is unlikely, but this sounds somewhat like a near-death experience. Please pay attention to your health, and if you're having any ailments today pay close attention. Because you woke up with sleep paralysis I would say it's most likely you just had a very vivid out-of-body experience and it's nothing to be concerned about, but again pay close attention to how you're feeling and be careful when driving.

This means you have good dreams and the fact that you remember so many details means that you paid attention while you were dreaming. I don't think there is a deeper meaning to dreams, also it means that you have been reading about near death experiences lately or something triggered this "near death dream". When I watch a lot of Star Trek before going to bed, I met the Borg all the time in my dreams, resistance is futile.

Dream interpretation is very personal, because it all has to do with what the images you saw mean to you. For example if I dream of a cat, to me that signifies love and freedom, but to you it might mean bad luck, so it all depends. Go back over your dream in your mind, pinpoint any images that stirred emotion and then make your prediction. Good luck

it means one of three things...
that u'll have a near to death experience & u'll be saved by probably doctors (hands trying to pull u back) ... sorry about that
Could be you'll be meeting someone u knew when u were young & you'll remember the old days...
or u'll be telling someone about when u were a kid...
don't know about the dream about the driving & the sister...
