how many pounds do you think it's possible t o lose on this diet/exercise program?

breakfast: 1 cup raisin bran
lunch: 1/2 whole wheat bagel with peanut butter
dinner: small dinner 200-300 calories

exercise: 6-7 days a week - 35 minutes pre-cor, some weights and abs , or spin class

I know that an FM radio broadcast has a breakdown of:

0-15Khz : L+R channel audio
19Khz: pilot signal
23-53Khz : two side bands containing L-R audio.

I understand how a circuit encodes and decodes these signals to produce the correct audio. My question is why they couldn't have just stuck the L-R audio in a range from 19Khz-34Khz? Why need a special pilot signal and why need to amplitude modulate a 38Khz signal to obtain two sidebands? What's the point?

I get headaches, a lot! Migraines (sp?) do run in my family, on both sides but everytime I tell the dr. this it's like she doesn't really take it seriously, she said that she thinks I am having them right now b/c my wisdom teeth are impacted and I have to get them cut out this summer. My aunt drinks gatoraide for her migranines and she said it works it helps a little bit, but I was wondering if anyone knew anything other then tylanol, advil and excedrin I could take for my headaches until I get my wisdom teeth out??

I dont want to be rude but they come quite a lot. Came round this morning reading the bible to me on my doorstep, I politely asked them to leave and when they asked why I did not know what to say so told them that I have had a blood transfusion - they said thats ok and they wont hold it against me!

While I myself support my husband more than anybody, I wanted to know why there are people out there that don't think we are just as important as the man by us that wears the uniform. I still make GREAT sacrifices for our country. I am a mother of three that becomes mommy and daddy while he's deploys. Last time was Iraq. There is way more than meets the eye when it comes to a military wife. While not thanked enough I take GREAT pride in the job I do for the military and my country.

Having trouble not getting the quality and tone anymore on my flute. High notes always start with a shrill and it's getting increasingly difficult to get the low notes particually D and C. Also the keys are very noisy. Is it time to get a new flute or have I lost the touch?

A girl at work has recently got in touch with me via email.We never used to speak and she invited me to lunch.(she's got many other ppl she goes to lunch with!)WHY NOW?We hit off and we're in constant email contact now.

She's got my number(not txt yet though) and said she'll give me her's!I don't want to look too pushy, so I haven't asked!

I asked her out for Saturday, but she said she might have a date--but she said the bloke might change his mind!She met him over the wkn.

When I asked if she asked him out,she wrote back:

"It's the man's job to ask the girl out ;)"

1.Was this a hint for me to ask her out properly?

She said we'd go out for a drink nxt week and I asked if we can be friends-she said only if I don't expect more!

I replied saying I only wanted to be friends-what made her think I wanted more?She wrote back saying 'Nothing,just leave it...'

She now COMPLETELY IGNORES ME+EMAILS!

2.Did I do anything wrong? 3.Her ego bruised? 4.Why she ignoring me?
