I think this is a Stephen King movie. If I remember correctly, it is about an evil twin and a crow that brings people back from the dead. (It is not The Crow or The Good Son).
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It's The Dark Half with Timothy Hutton as the lead.
The twin is not really a twin. The twin is a character that Hutton's character wrote about in his novels. The twin comes to life when Hutton makes the choice that he's not going to write about that character/story line any longer.
You find out that when Hutton was a baby, they found an eyeball in his head/brain, and doctors suppose that it was a fetal twin that was absorbed in the womb by Hutton's fetus.

The Dark Half. The crow I think was a recurring image, and didn't really bring people back from the dead. The only King movie with an 'evil twin' is the Dark Half.

You may be thinking about the movie called "The Other". That one was about an evil twin, but I don't remember a crow.

The only guess I can come up with is Pet Cemetery. But it's the cemetery that brings people back from the dead, not an evil twin and a crow, so I'm not positively sure. :)
