Your body's metabolism will slow down to compensate for the lack of energy (calories) that you are providing. Hence, you might lose weight in the beginning, but then your body will conserve what energy it gets, and won't let go of any more weight.
In order for you to do the amount of exercise that you stated, you will need to provide your body with more calories. You should be eating at least 3 meals and two snacks throughout the day in order to keep your metabolism going.
Your calories need to be balanced too. You need some protein, carbs, and fat. Go for a cup and a half of veggies twice a day, two pieces of fruit, 3 ounces of chicken and maybe some rice, and try to eat an egg white omelet loaded with veggies and some low-fat cheese for breakfast.
With your diet, you are missing a lot of the vitamins and minerals your body desperately needs.

800? Please. It's bad for when you don't exercise and exert energy, what makes you think you can exercise AND eat that little? Food is fuel. No lie. You'll starve yourself and so your body will cling to whatever food it gets and store it as fat-- opposite of your goal. The healthy route to weight loss is around 1200 calories, if you're really dedicated. On average with exercise you would lose from 1-3 lbs a week. But y'know what? Even if you lose only 5 lbs, you might noticed a huge difference in how you look.

you will end up gaining weight by undereating since the only thing you are gona lose is muscle and water weight NOT fat.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

You'll lose 30 pounds in a month and probably about 8 to 10 pounds the first seven days.
But, you'll gain it all back because this crash sort of diet will cause you problems in the long run. I'm no pro, but you need to speak with someone or read up on this.

nil - your calorific intake will be less than 1000 calories a day so your body will go into malnutrition mode and conserve every last bit of energy from your food and you won't be able to complete the workout as you write it. Increase the food intake by about 500 calories a day and ensure you drink at least 2l of water a day and you'll see it drop off you if you exercise every day!

You may lose nothing . When your body feels like its going into carvation, it will hold on to fat, and burn muscle, it holds fat for emergency, this is how your body will see a "diet" especillay one soooooooooooooooo reduced. Make sure you eat a protein and carb at every meal!!!!
Besides realistically how long can you maintain this lifestyle???? I sure couldnt do it for one week!!!! Treat your body with respect, feed it properly, extercise it well and get good rest!!! It will reward you!!!
