Don't send to much answers

Ok, I live in a part of the country where all of te restaurants are Franchised owned. However, many of them are run very poorly and we don't get the same type of services we expect like the corporate owned ones (such as the same Kids Meal Toys).

All I want to know is Why do they do things like that?Why can't they run their restaurants right and hire people who want ot serve customers?

brand new $10,000 machine and it wont stop overheating. It cools down when cruising at higher speeds but when idleing it overheats and shuts itself off. The engine cooling fans do not kick on. someone help please.

I'm only 16 but all the time I get comments on how much older I am. I'm always mistaken for being a senior or already in college. I went to the bookstore one time and a man even came up to me and asked if I worked there. My question is not how do I look younger, but why do I appear to look older to people, people that don't even know me (meaning it's soley based on looks)? I'm a very self-conscious person and this bothers me, I'd just like to know why I age so fast?

Is the bottom bracket is the sealed bearing that the crank arms attach to?
Anyway, after two yrs. and 3000 mi. my cranks are loose. The bike shop says I need a new bottom bracket. If this is true, how do I keep it from happening again, or will I just need to shell out the money every 2 years?

I have heard that Israel's defense forces do not care at all about the sexual orientation of their soldiers. Can anybody confirm or refute this claim?

I want Avril Lavignes new "Best Damn Thing" Special Edition CD/DVD. It says Parental Advisory on it. Does that mean it's unedited? Does Target usually edit their cds? I want it unedited. I found the unedited version in Circuit City, but it's a lot more expensive.

my mother in law's cat who is about 1 has recently stayed at a cattery that i use for ten days!! since being home(yesterday) he is sleeping in a wheel barrow outside alot and has a runny tummy! he also ate 3 satchets of meat! could he have been neglected or is he just a bit upset ???

I was driving on a single carriage road, and notice a police car on the other side of the road, as I turned into my street and was parked in my residential parking bay, I suddenly see a police car park infront of me. The officer approached me and asked me if the car was mine, of which I replied yes, and subsequently told me he had noticed one of my break light was not working and that was why he had followed me. He requested for my driving licence of which I handed over, and he then said he would like to examine my tires in my parking bay. He did so and noticed that one of them was below the regulation and said he was going to give me a ticket and have my licence endorsed for that reason. This this a fear thing to do? Is it legitimate to give a ticket in my residential parking bay, which is not a public road. Although he might have seen me pass, has he got the right to follow me home and examine my car. The identity of the car has been established with all paper work required seen.

I paid a security Guard in the mall I have a store in $265.00 to open me an ebay store in my name. He scammed me. He actually opened the store underneath his own and when I presented this to him and asked for him to refund my money I wasn't listing my items under his store he refused to give me my money back and made up a new story that he was my ebay manger and to get an attroney would cost more then I lost. Can any one help me? I do have a paper where i paid him but i don't have specifics for what is was for. I have taken a loss in this mall and my funds are very little. Where should I go to get help he has changed everything on the site to make him look good. Is there a way I can get the orignal setting of the store he posted on ebay 3 weeks ago now that he changed it? Please help me
