Hi. My name is nick. I want to get abs before the summer cause alll i am doing is going to the beach. i am 14 years old. My hieght is Around 5 5 and i weigh around 106 pounds. I eat health for my age (veg. fruit) i drink alot of water and i play soccer foot ball lacrosse and paintballing. What do u think i can do to get abs ? please help me

well since u sound like your skinny it shouldnt be hard just keep doing crunches theres many kinds to help my favortite is to lay down bring my upper body up about half way and twist for as long as u can...when your done do 6 inches for 10 seconds...then do 40 sit ups...rest do it again....but if u got fat on u...u got to lose that first but u dont sound fat but i hope it works

The problem is being 14. You are running and playing soccer, football and lacrosse. You sound like you are healthy. But at 14 your body hasn't developed the muscle structure it will have as an adult.

I know you'd love to have abs but you are doing everything possible. You might want to add in pushups b/c if you have upperarm and chest, the abs aren't as noticable. Plus holding a pushup position (either in the up position or the down position which is really really hard) is good for the abs too.

Sorry but you'll just have to wait a few years before you can develop the body of a man. Don't worry--keep up that exercise and you'll have it.
