Those are hormones run amok, My Dear. Even though you don't think you need them, I have found that the strongest PMS medicine works on my emotions. Sure beats a trip to the doctor (the one with the yacht payments) to be told your hormones are playing with your emotions and then write you a prescription for some psychotic that gives you nightmares.
Take some PMS pills and see how you feel tomorrow. Good luck. Sorry it's a bad day for you, Hon.

Yes, I just try to think of better things, I try to get myself out of that pain. I watch videos, I write how I feel, I draw, I play with my cats, I go for a walk, a drive. Anything to take my mind off the hurt, then after everything is all said and done, it is usually better. =)

Oh goodness. I just let the tears flow until they stopped. A little private screaming helps too.

yeah especially when I start to pms .... you just have to relax take a minute and think about why you're crying and what you can do about it that's a bit more productive then shedding tears ... sorry to hear that you had a bad day by the way hope it gets better

Not really, sorry! To stop it, just watch tv or get on here for a while. It'll always cheer you up. :)
Or just think of how much better you have it than some people in the world.

Yes, everybody has days like that. Try cheering yourself up by going out and do something like go to a movie or going out to a nice dinner, or going to the mall and buying you a little something. That always cheers me up.

Yes, I do. I'm getting to that point too, today. I'm going to try to hold it back till I get home, but if you have to let it out, there's no shame in that. Maybe you'll feel better - I hope you do!

I find it can be hard to deal with the world but the first this to try to do is seek help.
I have them all the time.
I need to seek help to fix me up.
