i went to my doctor today and he said this diet wiuld be great for a kick start for the first 3 weeks - l doctor approved l -

it was a lean cusine pizza for lunch or dinner


a smoothie for dinner or lunch

for breakfeast a 60 calorie smoothie

and one 200 calorie snack a day

how much can i lose in 3 weeks for a kick start

does anyone else fear the competition?

my biggest fear is that i'm going to strike out on my own business-wise, i'm going to do excellent, and then someone is going to observe what i'm doing, how i do it (i.e., advertise, etc.), and they're going to take off and copy it and make a venture of their own doing the same thing i'm doing

i am so afraid of that. so how do you deal with the competition and when someone else decides to come out to do the same thing YOU are doing or even if they copy your idea and wind up doing even better than you do?

what do you do to ward off competition or stay on top of your game/business when competition starts competing with you and/or trying to outdo you or even worse, steal your ideas and make it their own?

I have a picture from Lick Fork Kentucky that was giving to me from my father. On the back of the picture, there are the names of Blain and Eugene Boulin. My father said this picture was taken sometime around 1917 by a newspaper reporter from New York. My father thinks one of the gentlemen in the picture might be a relative of his.

I have this step-mom and she is mean to me. She has been married to my dad for 2 years and i don't like her. I have known her for bout 6 years and we are always getting in fights. She always says i love you but i don't say it back. I don't love her i can't stand her. When i have a friend over she is all nice and i hate that. i know this sounds a litle far fetched...

I'm 5'4, 135 pounds...I've noticed a bit of flub around my mid section that I'm looking to get rid of. I'm not going to change much about what I eat (I do eat relatively healthy with occassional slip-ups) and I'm cutting out ALL of my soda intake. What exercise routine would you suggest for me? I have an elliptical machine, a weight bench and several aerobic videos.
How often should I work out and how much cardio/weights should I do per week? I just really want to be able to slip into a bathing suit before July 21st without looking horrible. I'm very realistic about my goal, I just want this extra 10 pounds to go away! Thanks for your help!

packages because the driver side and passenger side were different lengths (and the packages contain two refills the same length). So instead of paying $5 I had to spend $10, it is true I now have an extra set of refills, if I remember where I put them when I need to replace again 4 or 5 years from now.

I have a huge thing for peircings.. they rock the most. I only have 5 right now.. but i want more and more and more. I plan on getting my toungue and lip done (snakes bites more then likely) as soon as i move out.. Yay but i thought my dimples would be pretty sweet.
