This is very serious! Have you tires and shock absorbers or struts checked out before you get into an accident.

The tread on your tires may be wearing thin and therefore can't grip to the road. You should probably go have your tires checked and changed.

It sounds like the sway has come loose or bushings have worn out.Yes this can be dangerous.Accident waiting to happen.

Maybe your shocks/suspsion,tie rods and or ball joints are shot. (There really is a part called 'ball joints' in a car that is.)

it does it suddenly? is the rack and pinion.( must be replace)
it always does? the alignment specifically the caster adjustments.
