However, older mature men most certainly do not do that unless good reason, such as having a woman with each other or such...

And yes, men are UNCOMFORTABLE just showing their genitalia, it's kinda rude to do so too :P. If anything, don't even look for such an action until the both of you know each other, feel comfortable, safe, and won't be hindered. That's the purpose of dating.
