Ok First of all I live in upstate, New York, so it has to be NY's Labor laws. But this is what hapend.

August 2004, I get a new job at a local printing company by the name of Web Graphics in Queensbury, NY. My job was a printing press apprentices. I was learning to run a machine called a 2-up/saddle binder which made little pamphlet sized books. Ok, All is good, I am puting paper in the machine correctly, no jams, and the books come out just as they should. Two people are at the receiving end and box them up and bring them to the warehouse for shipping prep. Ok this is where the problem is, my trainer totally ignores me, and walks around to talk to other people and does not teach me anything about my job. Then after about a week or so the managers call me into there office for a "meeting" which I had a few of theese. They tell me that I am not operating the machine corectly and I should not be loading paper into it myself. Then they make a extremly sexest remark .

I broke up with him because he was being completely unfair to me, he told me I wasn't allowed to go to the mall or to the movies or anywhere public like that with my friends anymore, and that is something my girl friends and I have always done! I tried and tried to talk some sense into him but he would not listen! And that very same day, he was going to hang out with one of his friends (girl) and go fishing with her in a public place! I found that completely unfair, and I finally ended up telling him we were done until he wanted to be fair about us. But I really truly love him and I DON'T want to lose him, he's my everything but I didn't know what else to do. He's been calling me every night to say goodnight, and I'll tell him we need to work it out, but he keeps saying "no I'll be with you when I'm done being mad at you!" I'm so hurt by this I don't want to lose him! I love him, what do I do?? Did I do the right thing? Please help me! Thanks.

my heater has been broke for 9 months i told my landlord right away to have it fixed but no response.so i was without heat all winter.4 months ago my pipes froze and flooded the whole house ruining the carpet i had to fix the pipes myself and take out the carpet landlord hasent renbursed me for the cost of the pipes or put in new flooring so 2 months ago i stoped paying rent no he is threating eviction,what are my rights,do i have a case?

Hi, I'm a former muslim and I have converted to christianity. My muslim friends have all said they do not like me anymore and they say i will go to hell for leaving the religion of Islam. They say christianity only works for white people and i'm black and will therefore never be accepted in heaven.

I don't really care where i end up, but i like my children to go to heaven. Is it really true that black men never can go to heaven?

please can someone tell me how to remove an opposum from under my home. Sounds like he's chewing, hammering, and trying to get in. I live in a mobile home park, near woods, and i'm afraid he will come up through my vents. I don't want to hurt them or the family i just want them gone...spca or wildlife will not come out and help. thank you.

My tires feel pretty hard at 75 PSI. I Measured them and the gauge at a gas station said 75 PSI do you think I should continue putting more air or should I tried a different gauge? not sure!!!

I am a California resident. Do I entere the amount on Schedule A as well as Schedule E? Turbo tax ask me for the amount in both location. However, at the end, it seems that the total mortgage interest is higher than the amount received on my 1098.

I have a four-plex and I live in one of the units. For instance, if I paid interest of $20,000 for the year, do I report only $15,000 on Schedule E and report the $5,000 on Schedule A? Should I entered $20,000 on both questions for Turbo Tax to calculater the income for rental property as well as the 'credit' section for Turbo tax?

Please help me out with this? Is this also applicable for the property taxes paid during the year?

I appreciate your advice.

Well it was from Kent(Me) To Bedford(Her). Names kept out of this. I loved her it was a great relationship. So One day she just tells me she can't handle the distance, I understood I can't defeat that Can I? So it was Over obviously still friends. A few days later she was already flirting with people..Also People from Kent? cutting me out slowly So was she lying I don't know but it hurts. Any help is appricated.

I had a shower a couple of hours ago and the water is still in the tub. Sometimes it does take a while for it to go down, so I didn't think anything of it until I went back in the washroom and noticed it hasn't gone down at all. I tried plunging it and using Draino, but it didn't do anything.

I have overnight guests coming in a few hours... any ideas? I may just have to call a plumber and not let my guests bathe!

I go to work and deal with people who profess to be christians and commit adultrey and fornication saying that its okay because of this teaching.
