go vegetarian for three or four days and see if it gets better. no smoking either. no soft drinks. is it dry in your house? do you have allergies? don't overeat. cow products can dehydrate, especially beef.
if you can't figure out the reason you may want a doctor. might be diabetes or something.

The first thing that comes to mind is diabetes, but don't assume that is correct, there are many reasons you could be feeling dehydrated.
Start with the formula for the amount of water you should drink in a day: Take your weight, divide it by 2, drink that many OUNCES of water at day. Don't count coffee, tea, soda, or juice in the amount you should drink. You may also be consuming too much caffeine, as well. It is a diuretic, so that can cause dehydration, too.
Consult your doctor about this if it goes on more than a few days.
