Its an ulcer caused by prescription pain killers. Is a random day of uncomfortable pain normal with an ulcer? Is it still healing fine?

I've been taking Nexium once per day for about 2 weeks. I'm on a special diet and I don't think I'm doing much to upset it, I'm not sure what caused my pain today.

The only thing I did yesterday was have a glass of orange juice which I realized is bad. Can one glass cause my pain today?

These are the items listed under sound, video, and game controllers in Device Manager:

Disabled Device

It also says all devices are working properly except for the disabled one, which has no driver installed. When I tried to download a driver, it said the best driver was already installed!
I tried removing and reinstalling everything with Add Hardware but it didn't help.

The upshot is I have no sound on my computer. No device sounds, no speakers, nothing but the modem sound.

Is there a way to fix this or should I just yank it all and try the Creative sound card I have in another computer?

I have a Dell computer and am running Windows 98.

About 6 months ago I ate some of that bad peanut butter and got very sick. I thought I got over it completely, but now whenever I try to enjoy roasted peanuts or a snack sized snickers candy, I find myself getting dizzy and vomitting as well as rashing.

Could this be a newly developed minor allergy?

I'm done with peanuts forever now, even though I love them. If it is not an allergy, it must just be flashbacks from that food sickness.

I bough an Ahli from petsmart and a Electric Blue from Exotic Aquarium. Does anybody know for sure if both these are the true Sciaenochromis ahli they sell. I am about to enter a relationship with a girl whom I don’t know very well. She said that she has no STDs In this relationship, I am not planning to have sex with her and I’m not planning to kiss her in the mouth because I know that herpes travels in the saliva. Instead, I want to kiss her in places like the neck, ears, stomach, etc.. where the skin is dry so that (as far as I know) it will be impossible for me to catch and STD.
