I haven't but I read you're answer that you did a little too much shopping... maybe step one would be only carry cash so if you can't afford it, you can't get it! My school teacher did that :o) he said he got money out for lunch and stuff but if he didn't have cash for a big purchase he didn't get it :o) maybe that would work :o)

I have the same problem--only one problem I don't have the money to kep me shopping for long!!!
