I'm 180lbs. and 5''7 by August or sooner I will like to be 150lbs. I wanted some help from you guys on yahoo how should I go about losing the 30lbs. But I want to lose it healthy not taking diet pills or straving myself to death. Please help.

Is there anything to take to help the swelling in my body when I eat something with corn in it - I try to avoid all corn products but when i do consume something it takes sometimes a week before the swelling goes down. And in order for it to go down I usually have to fast the whole week and drink much water and try to sweat ie. workout. Help?

I have been seeing a guy for the past month and something and we have a very sexual relationship. We are going to see eachother on wednesday, only it's going to be the last time I'm going to see him in a long long while. And by then I'll have my period. Is it a complete no-no to have sex during my period? I know he's okay with it but I personally have never done anything like that during my period.

My son and his friend just finished work on Thursday about 5 pm. They work in construction so were pretty dirty. They walked across the street and sat at the bus stop to wait for a bus home. They weren't bothering anyone. The police pulled up and started asking them questions. Haven't seen you boys around here before. Where you from? Where are you going? What are you doing here? Got any id?
That doesn't seem right. Since when did we start living in a police state where they have the right to question two boys who are not misbehaving in any manner? They weren't coming out of a bar late at night. They weren't harassing bystanders. It was the end of a work day and they were obviously getting off work and headed for home.

I swear, in the past hour I've seen "ARE U GOIN 2 CHURCH ON SUNDAY???!!!" at least three million times. Yes, I know it's your very special Pagan-turned-Christian holiday tomorrow, but do you NEED to ask the same question over and over again?

No, I'm not going to church tomorrow. I have a life. I have work. I'm an Agnostic, I don't celebrate Easter, other than maybe getting a chocolate bunny from a family member as a joke.

I watch my questions,and for ten minutes I still don't see them. After a good twenty minutes they are on page 2, they were never on page 1. That is very odd.

would you rather change your beliefs every now and then based on evidence. It would mean that you would have to admit that you were once wrong. And if you admit that you were once wrong, you would have to admit that you may still be wrong about some things. Still, it’s better than just believing in fiction.

I just bought a fish tank without researching any species. I have a 5 gallon tank with three yellow fish, two ugly fish, fifteen blue and purple fish, one two-foot long fish with really big teeth, and fifteen six-inch red fish. Do I need a filter or a heater? Can I use water from my toilet? Will my fish have babies? Will they have kittens? I know I could probably get professional advice from aquarium enthusiast sites online, but I'd rather get a bunch of random people telling me all kinds of different things. Besides, isn't a fish tank like a lava lamp, just a pretty thing to look at? What do you think?
