Is there anything to take to help the swelling in my body when I eat something with corn in it - I try to avoid all corn products but when i do consume something it takes sometimes a week before the swelling goes down. And in order for it to go down I usually have to fast the whole week and drink much water and try to sweat ie. workout. Help?

Have you seen an allergist about this? It sounds to me like your problem is bigger than anything a home remedy can fix.

You can try to make sure to get plenty of water steadily, and read the labels of the products you use and simply not use the corn-based ones.
