My mense was never late and right now i have missed my mense for 2days and i did a pregnant test at home. Result appear negative. i do not feeling stressed or unhappy recently. What caused the delay in mense. What are the chance for me to be pregnant? When will be a more accurate timing for doing the test? Does all the pregnant test kits sold at the counter have the same sensitivity, they are different in price variation. Which one should i buy?

5 days after your period date. Do it the first thing in the morning that way the test is more accurate.

If I wear you I would go get a Pregnancy test now, it has been long enough to tell, they have new pregnancy test that can tell 5 days BEFORE you miss your period, but Now would be a great time to take a test, and if you are congratulations, and If you need someone to talk to I'm here.

Go here: http://www.pinelandpress.com/faq/hpt.html
Find the pregnancy test that detects the lowest available HcG level and take a test tomorrow or the next day. I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks to the day after I conceived. Good luck!

Anytime after a missed period but usually a week or more is more accurate.
