I'm in a 25 month relationship now & when it started dating he wasn't a pot head at all, then after we exchanged the "L" word, he started with his friends. It bugged me at first, but when it started interfering with our relationship (he would ditch me to go do it with his friends, etc.) that's when I asked him to stop. He told me he did, but my BF is dating his BF & basically I got informed every time he did it. I figured if it really meant that much to him, fine, I would just have to live with it. But the lies became to much & I gave him the ultimatum, me or weed, he "picked" me & I told him that if I even got the smallest hint that he was still doing it, it was over. Well, it just made him a good liar, cause for a year & a half I believed him when he said he wasn't doing it, then one drunken night he told me that he never stopped, but he really wants to,eventually. Weed destroyed our relationship, and eventually is what I get, I don't want to leave him, but do I have any other choice

Are there any Christian books out there that are sort of a guide to how a Christian should live and act? Obviously, I know the Bible is the ultimate source, but I am looking for extra help that is more in-depth and will help me deal with some of the things I go through as a young woman in today's corrupt society. Have you read anything you would recommend? Thanks!

Chicken, it smells to me when its on the bone, i can vision a chicken running around.felt this way for years, now I definitly cannot eat it.
Beef, of any kind is making me sick to my stomach when I smell it. this is for a few months now, and its worse recently.
I was in the store today and had to walk by the meat counter a few times, and each time, I thought I was going to vomit. I cannot understand this. Its only meat. I have always eaten it.
I like hot dogs-but whats that made out of?
Im not pregnant, just had a regular period. I dont mind not eating it anymore, or for a while, just want to know why I am reacting this way?

At my school, they can suspend you for not telling (if asked) about something bad that happened. Is this fair? My friend was forced to tell on these guys because the VP threatened her with suspension. isnt this in violation of the fifth amendment?

my bf is serving nine months for being set up to be a get away driver of a robbery he's doing 9 months in prison but recently did 10 months last year. Is there any way he would get out early for good behavior or like the question before do u get 1 month free for every 2 months served?

This is a bit of a rhetorical question, but I've found a particular fact about religion to be intriguing: regardless of the faith, denomination or whatnot, many believers (note I said MANY-not all or most!) tend to put all logic aside and either denounce or slander other peoples' beliefs when brought up in conversation. Example: I was dining with some clients when Christianity somehow came up. One of them, a devout Christian, kept getting flustered about me being an atheist. I asked her "why do you find it necessary to dis-acknowledge me because I don't believe in your god?" She replied that god's "love" is his gift to me and I shouldn't take it for granted. For the life of me, I can't find a shred of logic behind this way of thinking! Is it part of one's religious upbringing to deny the existence of free thought sans the belief in a particular deity?

I have been diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder since the fall of 2005. I have been on and off my medication. Whenever I am off of them, I will always revert back to my depressed self. Am I going to have to take antidepressants for my whole life? Also, I take Seroquel for OCD and anxiety and other things like that. I stopped taking that on my own free will, because it knocks me out and I can hardly get up. Now, I have very, very stressful dreams where I wake up sweating and stressed and my head hurts. Also, I have been dizzy all of the time and I shiver a lot. I ask people if it is cold, and they are ALL fine! My anxiety is back, and everyone has noticed a difference in me since I came back from the hospital that I was in for almost a month and a half due to this Depression and stuff. Excuse my excessive typing, but that is my question. Thank you for answering! ^_^
