i am going to have a government job interview next week and i was told that i will have 1h interview and 1h skill test.

im not sure what the skill test is about and i really want this job. so im wondering if it's appropriate to send an email to the interviewer and ask about it.

plz give me some suggestions. i appreciate that!!

Ok, my friend made me her matron of honor in her June wedding long before I knew I was pregnant. By June I'll be almost 6 mos. pregnant and the dress she already got will NOT fit at all by then. On top of that I like in Kansas and she lives in Texas and I have a 1 yr old. I just don't want to drive all that way to wear a dress that doesn't fit (no she won't get another one and I can't afford to get one). On top of that I found out at my 8 wk visit that my blood sugar is high and they need to do some testing over the next few months. My husband is deployed, so it's me here alone with my son and we live on post and need a larger house so we will also be moving this summer. There's a lot on my plate as it is, I just can't have the stress of the wedding with all that has to be done. Am I a bad friend for telling her now that I just can't make it for the wedding? I hate to do it, but there's too much going on here right now for me to even think of going. Am I being too selfish?

Okay i am 22 and going to graduate from college in the upcoming months! i have been married for about 2 yrs happily.I have a 3.5 yr old son from a prior relationship before i met my hubby.Only 3 people aside from me new who my sons father was my parents and i told my husband when he asked me about it when my son moved in with us 10 months ago.He apparently new my son's bio-father from highschool plus they had been buddy's but he promised not to say anything to anyone.His buddy (also my son's bio-dad)invited us to his wedding 2 months ago and talked my hubby into flying out with us back to nj.I did not want to go but my hubby said he had already rsvp.During a wedding rehersal it came out(fight) what my secret was and that my hubby had cheated on me with the bride 6 months into our marriage?How could my hubby cheat on me?

About 12 days ago I started getting these tingling sensations throughout my body (everywhere excpet for my anterior trunk and groin). I am 26 years old and female. I had an MRI and it showed "multiple linear abnormal signal intensity lesions invloving the cortex and subcortical white matter of the right posterior parietal lobe". So then I had an MRI with the contrast and now it says "this is probably a benign process follow up with MRI in 6 months to assess stability of the lesion". I get the tingling bilaterally and it occurs off and on throughout my day. I have good muscle strenth and no problems with my bladder or bowel. My chem panel was normal except for mild elevated WBC count and low phosphorus. Also once in a while I get these vibration like feelings in my right calf. I also get a heaviness in the back of my neck. What is wrong with me? I am so scared...if it was MS wouldn't that have been diagnosed with the MRI? Please any advice would be appreciated!

So what should i say?
There is this shy guy that liked me alot in the past, but didn't do much about and niether did i. but right now i am not so sure if they still do feel that way but i am actually willing to do something about it even though i am terribly scared about what he has to say. what would i say? and what do i do if he walks away, rejects, or does some sort of strange reaction because he's so shy?

And how many of you attempt to avoid the embarrassment of it all by inventing some hybrid scientific/biblical account that exists only in your own mind, in some bizarre netherworld between the Bible and Peer Reviewed Scientific Journals.

Have any Creation Scientists submitted a paper to a peer reviewed scientific journal explaining just how the snake talked AND outwitted a human with his sublime conversation skills?

I'm sure you have one of those Theory thingies. They're not all that hard to come up with, after all.

when she first told me she said one person was the father, a week later she said she did'nt know who the father was; now she does'nt want to talk to anyone because people are less than thrilled with the situation. she;s 21yrs and single. i don't talk to most of my family (father and stepmonster, and my brothers) because of things she's done in the past . i was the only person that tried to tell her the things she did'nt want to hear about how hard it would be. Her grandparents just outright said they disowned her. after these things happened she wont talk to me anymore, but i found out she's talking to the grandparents. should i just wait for her to come around (she's due in august) even though she's burned me many times with her lies; and broken-up me with my family, or should i get a-hold of her?
