Does God want me to stay alive?

Yes, god loves you dearly, thats why he sent down Jesus, his only son, to die on the cross for us, and get tortured so we can live. God put you on earth for a reason. He has a job for you, and he doesn't want you to die until its complete. God makes sure you are out of harms way every day and night, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, he Never takes his eyes off of you, so that you can live. I want you to live. It would sadden me dearly if you didn't stay alive.

Yes, He does. Until you've done His will on earth. That's why you're here. Stay alive and don't kill yourself--that's just selfishness. Why else do you think He placed you here? To serve him, not to die. Of course, many would argue that we live to die, but I don't agree. And I want you to stay alive, too. I would want everyone in the world to stay alive FOREVER, but I know that that's not neccessarily true.

God has given you life and now you are asking question on the yahoo question and answer section more particularly on the religion and spirituality category

Whether I like it or not to let you still live, it is only God who could tell you when you will die and cease to breath.

God wants you to fulfill the purpose He has for you on this earth and when that pupose is fulfilled, if you are a Christian He will bring you to Heaven to live with Him forever.
