So what should i say?
There is this shy guy that liked me alot in the past, but didn't do much about and niether did i. but right now i am not so sure if they still do feel that way but i am actually willing to do something about it even though i am terribly scared about what he has to say. what would i say? and what do i do if he walks away, rejects, or does some sort of strange reaction because he's so shy?

Start by just saying 'Hi', Maybe join a club he is in, or take a class he is in. Invite him along on a group outing. If he is still interested, he will probably let you know some how. Being shy slows down some peoples response time, give him a chance to decide if a friendship with you is something he wants or can afford to have. Don't put him on the spot in public. Why didn't you respond to him in the past if you knew he liked you? Remember ...'once burned, twice shy' .....also....'nothing ventured, nothing gained'............Dare to fail! Just be real sure of what you want first

Just ask him how's he been. Start saying hi to him, anything. He will wonder what's up and then do something. If he doesn't say anything then maybe he's still too shy. Just start a conversation with him. What could it hurt? If he still likes you then you noticing him and giving him the time of day will help alot.

i would ask him for a friendly date or just to hang out play pool, go to a local event happening or go try out a new restraunt no movie though cause you can not talk or goof off there unless you carry on the date afterwards and see if things still have that spark if so act on it if you never try now 10 yrs from now you might still be wondering just like you are now so i say GO FOR IT!!!!! nothing gained if nothing is tried and don't think of it as a date think of it as a playdate with potential..good luck!!!!

Start slow and approach him about a topic you have in common. How is he? Did he go to that class? take that test? see that movie? know your friend? Smile warmly. Even if you don't say much, you'll open the relationship up.

how do you know that he liked you even he's so shy and didn't do anything? are you sure?
if you don't want to lose him, just let him know it. if you don't show him anything, how does he know, right?
you don't want to go straight so you can show some 'signals' so he can recognize what you're hiding.

hey, he should respect the fact that you have the balls to talk to him about it. so do! talk to him about it. you have to know how he stands and tell him how he stands. guys love a confident girl. dont play games that is too lame.
