My blood test recently revealed that my blood cholestrol has gone to 208. By the way, I am almost 10 lbs overweight than a healthy level. Am I in risk of having cholestrol problem? What foods should I have or avoid? Please tell me your professional advice and tips! I do appreciate that.

In order to use the "wireless router", do i HAVE to connect it physically to the DSL or cable modem (through the port on the back)?? OR is it also possible to use the router without connecting it to the modem (so that i can place the router far away from the modem)??

I just want answers from people who have actually lost a birth or adoptive parent to suicide. How do you deal with death now? My father commited suicide when I was a teenager, (i lived with him and my stepmother) and I have noticed that I am really nonchalant about death. It doesn't seem to bother me like it should. I feel bad for the people that were close to the person who died, but as far as I am concerned, it doesn't even bother me, I won't even shed a tear, and I am a big crybaby.

I'm writing a paper, just curious if any specific rituals, no matter what they might have been, could have occurred before a battle... I know the Romans were incredibly god-fearing and I really want to play off of that in my paper (I'm writing on the two battles at Philippi).
