My 16yr old was involved in an auto accident. She was going straight on a highway and another car was making a left turn and turned in front of her causing my daughter to hit her car. The other driver was issued a ticket for careless operation. A car behind my daughter was a witness to the accident along with a passenger with my daughter. The driver at fault was a 78 yr old lady that was with her 80 yr old sister on their way to a casino. They are fighting the ticket saying that my daughter was speeding and didn't even use her brakes because there were no skid marks. This was 8:30 pm and it was dark. They are also claiming that the elderly sister had injuries. But, when I asked if they were ok, they did mention the sister bumped her head on the window upon impact but she was ok. They also stated that she had an aneurism(sp?) 4 mos before. The police report states that my daughter was doing the speed limit and that the driver behind her did see her brake lights. Can they win?

I want to lose about 50 pounds and i have tried some things and it works for awhile, but then i come to a complete hault. i work 10-12 hour days at work and when i get home its to late to cook something good i need suggestions for snacks to take to work, and maybe some healthy quick meals that dont take to long to prepare.does anyone have any suggestions to help me. With so many CCTV cameras on the streets, in shops, bars, pubs, buses and trains. the question is a cylindrical can of pringles has a lateral surface area of 156 π cm^2. If the radius of the can is 6 cm, find the height ?

1. the formula is s=2πrh.
2. plug it in, 156=2(3.14)6h
3. then after that you multiply the 3.14 by 2 to make it 6.28. you subtract it by 156 and then you divide it by 6h to get your answer right?

my friend just called and her sister, her, her friend and her firends mom are in a cottage for the night and a bird got into on of their bedrooms of a 4 room cottage. they trying to get the bird out. they tried brushing it with a broom, trailing seeds, and whislting by the window. none of it has worked. its been there an hour now and they dont want to sleep til its out. my friend called me to put this question up and if anyone knos and solutions please tell me!! thank you!

Now, why was I not allowed to finish spelling that "N" word when a VERY similar question asked yesterday ( http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20070404143038AAYFVEj&r=w#G5UuAW34EVSBmoUqdr5v ) which indicated "that white people accept being called GRINGO" is STILL up? Could there be some anti-white racial bias among the Q&A staff? Why can I say GRINGO all day long but not N..... even once?
