Are you sure you want a laxative? Most people take a stool softener long term. You can buy 100 mg tablets at any department store or drug store without a script.

Without prescription at any drug store or most supermarkets. Try the metamucil biscuits...they are tasty (like graham crackers) and go well with tea. A bit expensive though...but when you gotta go, you gotta go. These don't work immediately however.
If you need to get it out NOW, try the fleet glycerin suppositories...a bit uncomfortable to insert, but if you get it in...boom!
They are both found usually in the medicine aisle.
