My daughter came home too late last night. She stayed out until 5:00am and had to go to school in 2 hours. My daughter is 10 years old and she hates being grounded, but spanking is more affective. She wasn't driving or anything (cause shez 10) but her brother came home too late with her and he said that he asked her if it was past curfue and she said no. So it is basically her fault. My son is grounded but what should I do? Should I warm her buns? Or she can take the easy way out?

I've been a business analyst with a major company for the past 6 years. I get my MBA next month and would like to see about changing jobs in order to make more money as well as pursue a career path with more growth opportunities. What are the best resources for finding jobs for fresh MBA graduates? My undergraduate degree was in Computer Science, but I would like to use my MBA education more than my computer science skills. In case the school matters, it's UGA, in Georgia, and I live in Atlanta. Are there companies looking to hire fresh MBAs that I should contact or should I just be using standard job search engines?
