If you are serious, and really need to / want to drink at work, then you need help. If your company has an EAP, where you can seek help with your addiction - without anyone from the company knowing about it - use it. If you don't, then you should seek help at AA or similar self help groups.
The following web site for AA will help you find a local meeting of AA.
The first meeting - convincing yourself that you need the help - is the most difficult.
You don't even have to participate / talk at the first meeting...just go and sit in...listen....remember, everyone there has the same problem; they are just all in different places in trying to deal with it.
