my boyfriend bought a car and paid it fully the previous owner towed it with my wallet and all my things in it after i payed him fully without my conscent what can he do pleasee all you lawyers out there help??

file a lawsuit, i hope you got a recipt otherwise it will be an up hill battle

Did your boyfriend get a receipt for the car? He also should have gotten the title signed over to him when he paid the previous owner. I hope that you wrote a check at least.
Why did the old owner tow the car? If you paid the man, and then he towed it. Then he stole it, so you should start by calling the police. Explain the story to them and they will have a talk with the old owner.
I hate to say this, but it does happen, did your boyfriend scam you? I hate to even mention it, but I've heard of weirder things. Do get a lawyer or see legal aid.
