I have used several Angelic love Rite's and they have all had high success rate. But in truth, if it is not meant to be, then you cannot force someone to love you, not matter how much you should feel for them.

They do work, but I have found only Angelic spells, Spells that I have developed myself, and Faery Magick, will work in this field- as Love is a very hard to access entity as it is not tangible.

What do you mean by "Who do you use??" I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean. Who as in who is involved in the invocation? Or Who as in who should you love? Well, all I can say is that people will find different effects depending on who they are.

A love spell isnt a good idea if you have someone specific in mind. Most of the time it wont work, and if it does, then you are eliminating their free will, a BIG no-no!

You can make an amulet. Any necklace will do. Leave it in salted water, under the moon, over night. This will cleanse it.

Then rub it with rose oil and lavandar oil. This will charge it to love energy. I personally believe it is wrong to direct a spell of that sort against someone else. It's a kind of psychic attack to try to "make " someone love you. It's bad Karma to interfere with someone else's free will that way. After all, how would you feel about it if someone you weren't interested in, did that to you? Would you be pleased about it if you suddenly found you had feelings for this person, then found out later they cast a spell on you? If the spell didn't work, but you found out this person was trying to make you love them magically, wouldn't you be angry at the interference, or even scared that this person were stalking you? That sort of thing is a selfish act, and true love is not selfish.
I do however consider it ok to ask the universe to guide you to the "right" person, or guide the "right" person to you, whoever that may be.

This is one that I gave to my sister, it worked well for her, and she met the love of her life a month later:
Place a pink candle (for unconditioal love) in the center of your table. Surround the pink candle with rose quartz. Place a white candle on either side of the pink one, one represents you, and one represents *the right person to come in to your life, not whoever it is you are lusting after, this is Not to attact a specific person*
You may include a symbol of the God or Goddess of your personal understanding, and ask this blessing in his or her name.
Light the pink candle first.
Light the two white candles from the pink one.
Place one rose quartz in front of each white candle.
Place on your table the following:
two pieces of parchment paper.
a pen
a piece of pink felt.
Pink thread, and a needle.
Scissors.
A pink ribbon, long enough to make a necklace to hang over your heart.
Sit at your table. Think thoughts of unconditional, spiritual love. Take the first piece of paper. Make a list of the emotional and spiritual qualities you seek in a partner. Do not list physical qualities. The person you seek will be in the right body to convey the person you are looking for, it will all fit together. Just ignore the physical aspects like whether he is "cute" or whatever, if it is the right person, he will be appealing to you physically, because his body will hold the soul you want to meet. When done making your list of the qualities you are looking for, hold the paper for a moment. Feel yourself surrounded by love. Feel what it is like to be with this person. Place the parchment under "his" candle.
Take the second piece of parchment.
Write down the spiritual and emotional qualities *that you have to offer* Love is a two way street. You have to offer yourself, in order for the person who is looking for you to find you. Hold the paper for a moment, and think about what you have to offer him, and feel your love projecting from your heart , into the universe. Place the parchment under "your" candle.
Cut two pieces from the felt, and stitch them together to make a small pouch. Stitch the ribbon on so you can tie it around your neck, and have it rest over your heart. Place the pouch on the table, in front of the candles. Allow the candles to burn down to the socket. Take your two small pieces of parchment, and two rose quartz from in front of the white candles. Fold the two parchments together, place them in the pouch with the rose quartz, and stitch it closed. If the two parchments are too big to fold in to a small bag like that, you could also try lighting them from the pink candle, burn them together,in a fire safe dish, then put the ashes in the pouch with the rose quartz. Wear this over your heart, until you meet the right man, and when you know that he is the right one, put it away somewhere safe, and go on with your life, and enjoy the blessing, appreciate it, and give thanks for it.
When my sister did this, she had certain ideas of what she thought attractive in a guy physically, when the right one showed up, he was very different from her normal notions of such things. It is very important to keep an open mind, and look at people through an open heart.
