The Mosaic Laws have many prohibitions on food, etc. You will find them all in the book of Leviticus. You have to read the whole book.

Peace and every blessing!

God gave a whole bunch of commands... but that day on the mountain with moses, he only gave 10. they were on the tablets, but moses broke them when he went down the mountain and saw God's chosen people engaging in idol worship. so then God rewrote the same 10 and gave them back to moses. if you feel like reading the entire book of Leviticus, there are regulations ranging from how to prepare a sacrifice to what to do when there's mold on your clothing. also, when jesus talked about the 10 commandments, he pointed out that they can be narrowed down to just two commandments. those two are below. :)

Ten Commandments: Yes we pass Thousands of Laws, cause Man doesn"t obey the last five.To those who think they can keep all or part of the Ten,Jesus goes even farther than the Letter of the Law and says if You hate your Brother,Your Guilty of Murder---Another if You Desire or covet
Neighbors Wife,You have commited Adultery ,Jesus Deals with the very Heart of Man,To the Religious Leaders in His time that Quote the Law to Him,like they keep the Law.Jesus held them to the Law,and there is always one more thing you need to do,Other Words by doing "Good" You can never be "Good Enough"Jesus is the only One that didn"t tresspass the Law,So He is Qualified to Judge all that think
they are "Good Enough"

The book of laws as it is refered to.

Please see the link. There are 613 total laws. This site has divided them into positive (248 do's) and negative (365 don'ts).

For PhD: Jesus did not say you only need to know two. If you complete the quote, he said:

"On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." - Mat 22:40

How can we hang all the teachings of the prophets and the law on these two if we don't learn them all? What Jesus is doing is SUMMARIZING the Law with these two, not replacing it with them.

His commandments are scattered all through out the Bible. But if you are looking for the law of Moses it is in Leviticus and Duderomity.

"Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." Matthew 22:37-40, KJV

God has given us a lot of commandments, but I think the spirit of the law boils down to this. This is the *reason* for all the commandments: either to show our love to God, or our fellowman.

There were over 600 commandments given to Moses.....I wish I could say what they were, but I can suggest that you go to the local library and look under Mosaic Laws.

Or google search for the answer.

Jesus said the Greatest commandment was to Love the Lord your God with all your heart, strength, soul and mind, and the second was like it...love your neighbor as your self and He said that all the law and the prophets hang on those two.

read the Bible and you will find a lot in Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Those Books are where Jesus spends time on Earth and teaches a lot of people.
