Actually, I like the idea of throwing both of them out of office. That would be the most "fair" thing that has happened in a long time.

No possible punishment for the misdeeds of Bush and Cheney would be adequate enough to be called "fair." The closest thing possible might be a national stoning in front of the White House. But that would set a bad example, and 2 wrongs don't make a right. So we're back to my initial statement.

Personally, I would have asked Cheney to resign after he shot his friend in the face. If he shoots the people he likes, what is Cheney going to do when he really gets upset? I wouldn't want to be in shooting distance from the guy then.
