1 and 3 are wrong, 2 is correct.

You can use "really," "very," "extremely," and "mighty" (but the last one sounds old or Southern.)

If you want to furthur emphasize it, you can repeat the adverb, but can't make combinations of them.

Examples:
It's really, really, really hot today.
It's very, very hot today.

I don't think it's formally correct, but colloquially it's okay. Come to think of it, I don't ever recall "extremely" or "mighty" repeated many times though. That's probably because "extremely" and "mighty' already have strong connotations.

2 would be the best answer.

Is there a typo in #1? It doesn't make sense. In #3, you cannot use really and very to modify the same adjective. You can only use one or the other, and they both mean the same thing (very & really)

You could also say "It is _____ hot today" -tremendously, extremely, super (slang), unbelieveably, abnormally, ridiculously, extra, too...

I hope this helps!!

#2 is correct. #1 is incorrect because the subject is passive or inferred, therefore, you do not need the "do." #3 is incorrect unless you switch the position of the "very" and the "really." This is because "very" is referring to the adjective "hot," and not "really."

Both of these would be correct:

It is very hot today.
It is really hot today.

#1,#3 are incorrect.

Adverbs are used to modify adjectives. (You can also use "really" to modify a verb.) We really hurt her feelings. but not: We very hurt her feelings.
