I want to lose about 50 pounds and i have tried some things and it works for awhile, but then i come to a complete hault. i work 10-12 hour days at work and when i get home its to late to cook something good i need suggestions for snacks to take to work, and maybe some healthy quick meals that dont take to long to prepare.does anyone have any suggestions to help me. Including diet ideas..... Thanks

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

WAKE UP A LiTTLE EARLY SOMETiMES AND TRY TO EXERCiSE FOR 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE YOU GO TO WORK AND WORK OUT FOR 10-15 MINUTES BEFORE YOU GO TO BED. KEEP UP THAT ROUTiNE AND YOU WiLL GRADUALLY LOSE WEiGHT

I lost 36 pounds last year. I ran on an eliptical machine, went over to diet soda, and took some pill that curbed my apetite. Those three things combined worked for me.
