I am a single parent whose main goal is to obtain a job I like with a high enough income so as to not be dependant anymore. I am graduating with a bachlors in sociology in december of 07. I want to get a masters in family and consumer science. I would like to teach women and children or work in healthcare/public health. I don't really know exactly what I want to be when I grow up. However, I have been part time for so long i need money to improve my quality of life, but the saying goes the longer you stay out, you won't go back. What should I do, i don't have a great GPA, single with three kids, and the masters program is a fast track one year program.

I have a 1984 Chevy S-10, the drivers door window will not roll up or down, it will pull up if i pull on the top of it but then it goes right back down, i was wondering if it just fell off a track or something that can be fixed with me taking the door panel off and fixing it, what should i do

Anti-war people, why do you support terrorism

Question Details: We lost over 3000 people on 9/11. A terrorist organization hit us for no reason. In 4 years we have lost ONLY 3000 soldiers. World War II we lost 300,000 soldiers. We are closer than we will ever be at creating peace in the Middle East, and you are crying about 3000 solders. If you don’t like America, go somewhere else. Hello. I am a parent to a 14 year old boy. He is a very good student, and recently his grades have improved even more. He is now at the top of his class in High School and getting a 4.0 average (his best before this report card was 3.54). Lately, he has been coming home later, and later, when i called him on his cell phone, he said he was at a good friends house and he would be back before 10 pm, but he didn't show up until almost midnight. I have given him general talks about girls, drugs and sex, etc. However, this is not what he is in to. He has been attending meetings at his friends house about trying to get out a message. i don't know what this message is, but i am afraid it has cult undertones. His "myspace" heroes list is Lenin, Stalin and Maya Angelou.. I know he is interested in communism and government, but i didn't think he might be a cult member until i heard he was prasing Jim Jones on a message board and even planning far-fetched trips to Guyana.

John Edwards flip flop and "heart felt" apology on endosing abandoning the soldiers with cut and run is well publicized with the recent appearance on Face the Nation, as well as"We have no choice but to raise taxes!" on yahoo. After brushing off the reaction to the two flip flops of late, could Harry Reid have used this type of two faced poltical discourse as a role model for his own flip flop.

It's a 9 yr old loan, but I've been homeless & mainly unemployed since then. I specifically had extra taken out of my seasonal job's paycheck so that I could get an apartment. I didn't have a mailing address to be forewarned. Anything I can do?

I want to make a homemade pullup stands to do my exercises in. My plan is to get to buckets, put two 7 foot ply woods on each bucket, drain the concrete mix, and finally, insert a bar on top. My question is, how many pounds of concrete mix will i need?, will it hold me?, and how do i go about mixing the concrete with water, pouring it?, and how long will it take to dry? note: the wood is 8inches thick.
