I was at the cemetary today on Maui taking some pictures off a bluff and noticed the Jewish section of the cemetary seemed to be separated from the rest of the cemetary by markers and a chain. It got me to thinking about other cemetaries i had been in and how i had seen the same thing. Just curious why?

umm...is it me or am i weird or something? all of this is happening very fast and feeling all of this stuff and its weird. am i wierd cause i feel gross but at the same time i feel excited cause im starring at a girls butt??

I am also bi-polar and have done the anti-depresant thing and gained lots of weight. I'm finally back to my normal weight and have energy again because my doc put me on a mood-stabilizer that works.

I'm afraid if I take the Amitriptyline, I will gain all the weight back. I'm not in pain all the time but when it hits, it is excruciating and can go on for hours to days.

Just so you know - I'm 47, female, I exercise regularly, eat healthy, don't smoke or drink, meditate and do bio-feedback.

The IBS is something I have had all my life and it only shows up during times of high emotional stress and then lasts for a couple of months. So I don't want to take something all the time for a problem that comes and goes.

I would appreciate any insight.

Just rented a large apartment (900+ SF) in a really old Victorian house. Floors are rough wood, with matte paint finish that gravel dust from the parking lot sticks to like glue. The gaps between the boards are up to a quarter inch, and are embedded with dirt build-up that can't be vacuumed out. I mopped before I moved in, but it only pushed the dust around and stuck it to the finish even more firmly. It also shredded my sponge mop (really rough floors). I want to paint the floor with something glossy so it will be easier to clean. It's just me, my twenty-five year-old hands, and a teeny tiny budget. I don't think I can afford to rent a floor sander for the time it would take me to sand down all 900 SF, or manage to get up the dust afterwards. I'm almost prepared to pour exterior floor paint on the floor and let it go where it will, (what I think the landlord has been doing). What can I compromise on in the usual sand/paint/finish advice and still get livable results?

Currently, my husband is the income provider and he makes less that $40k a year and I do not work and we have 2 kids (5 year and 2 year old) and currently my husband claims married and 2 exemptions should we claim 4 for each of us and does this mean we will have to pay back a bunch of money year end?

Find a value for x such that 3+x, 4+x, and 5+x are consecutive terms in a geometric sequence.
I did (5+x)/(4+x)=(4+x)/(3+x) to get x, but the x's all cancel out.
Let me know what I'm doing wrong?
