I would really love to work in the airport environment- can anyone give me advice as to how to apply and whats available - particularly terminal 4 at JFK international airport - thank you - anyone working there now have any experience or advice to share, entry level positions, etc, I am willing to start anywhere (cleaner, customer service, ) and move my way up - I just really love the airport environment - what jobs are available for those with their bachelors degree? is there an employment sector? thank you again

In todays environment it makes one wonder why someone with a bachelors degree would be so willing to take such a minimal job. With a degree you would think a person would want to start higher. There is such a huge difference between positions at an air port. There is no connecting path between a cleaner and a customer service agent. It just makes me wonder, especially after 9/11.

Check the web sites for what airlines fly in and out of terminal 4. Most airlines will post any job openings they have at a particular city or they will direct you where you can apply. There is always a chance of working with TSA in some capacity. Or check the web site for the airport to see what they may be hiring for.
