Any age. Dreams can change as we grow older. As a youngun' you might dream of being an astronaut and go about doing that. As an old fart, you're going to dream about getting up with no arthritic pain and take a walk without falling down; or maybe dream of when you were a kid and how you wanted to be an astronaut. That's life. Godloveya.

Dreams can be achieved at any age. I guess the older or more mature one is when achieving a long desired goal, the more the achievement is appreciated.
