I have a router for it and works on my laptop but it doesn't on my sisters but it didi early before she had it formatted. Baically how do you connect wirelessly.

most laptops have a wireless activate switch to enable and disable wireless access. make sure its on and enabled and make sure you have the correct driver for the wifi card or access. then you need to do a wireless network setup through the control panel and make sure that the laptop isnt password blocked in the router...good luck

You Need A High Speed Internet Connection (i.e DSL, Broadband, Cable, or FiOS) Wireless Router, And An Internal/External Wireless Card. If you have these items then you might need to repair the connection. Click Start, Control Panel, Network And Internet Connections, Network Connections. Look for the Wireless Network Connection. Is It Enabled or Disabled (If Enabled The Two Screens Willl Be Blue, If Disabled The Two Screens Wil Be Grey) If Disabled Right Click The Wireless Network Connection icon and then click Enable from the window that appears. If enabled then right click The Wireless Network Connection icon and then click Repair. If you still seem to have problems call your Internet Service Provider and they will gladly help you will more advanced steps to get it fixed guaranteed.

re install the driver for her wireless or ethernet card however she connects to internet. Go to the device manager and see if any of the devices has a yellow mark. An easy way to go to device manager is to press the windows key on your keyboard and the pause break key on your keyboard at the same time. The windows key is the one in between thr ctrl key and the alt key on the bottom left of your keyboard. Then find the device with the yellow mark in the device manager and install the driver from disc you have
