i am going to open a homeless shelter in Geelong Victoria Australia and i want anyone with information that can give me some legal advice on the legal obligations that go with it.. i have councel approval and i have a fund raising liscence... please help... i want to help the homeless..

Divide and rule. For vote bank (India is a great but making population backward)
Instant to make country educate, they are pulling back.
They must provide social support to them instant reservation.
One side we are saying that the education is a temple of knowledge. Then why we need that reservation. Who qualified for that he can go ahead?
Because politicians know very well, if country become educated then who will vote them.

There was a little girl who lost her hearings, both eyes, four limbs, both parents and all siblings but fortunately or unfortunately she survived the American bomb that hit the house that was having a wedding party. I am not pro Sadam, Iraq or Islam and I might even have lamented that she was the unfortunate collateral damage which was not avoidable. But somehow it pained me deeply in my heart and I wonder if this should may never happen.

I am 100% certain that my till being down is not of my doing. I count my change twice and ruffle any notes being given out to a customer. I also make sure money coming into the till is correct. I'm 21 and have been with Michael for about 2 years. He’s the sweetest, most romantic and thoughtful guy I've ever known. He’s got a steady job but a salary that doesn't allow for many luxuries such as diamond rings etc.I met JJ 18 months ago at a club and I was instantly attracted to his confidence and wealth. I’ve been with JJ for 18 months but aside from the many expensive presents he gives me on a regular basis, I haven't got much of a reason to stick around most days because he treats me like a sex object more than a person most of the time as if my looks is all I have to offer a guy. Recently Michael proposed to me and even though the ring, which he had been saving up for for 6 months to buy was far below what I've gotten accustomed to the proposal was beautiful. He’s a great guy and wowed to do everything in his power to make me happy if I agreed to be his wife but I don't know if I'm ready to give up the luxuries that come with being JJ's girl. How much should a spouse or significant other be considered when thinking of having a breast reduction? I'm with a wonderful man who is very giving and would never tell me he doesn't want me to do it, but I also know he LOVES my figure, and my breasts play a large part in our sex life. I'm in my late 30's and have been busty all my life (40DDD), but I'm also not huge all over and would like to be more proportioned. I'm not considering it due to back pain or anything like that (then there would be no question), because I've always taken good care of myself (I wear only the best support bras). My dilemma is strictly cosmetic..I'd love to wear things smaller ladies can wear. And besides, I'd love, just once, to be looked in the eyes the first time someone meets me!!

My friend's uncle can him about 2600 dollars, and he said that the only thing he can use them for is to start a business in anything he wants.. What do you suggest? I’m out of ideas, he likes writing books. When I suggested writing novels and selling them in one of the big bookshops in town he said no, as it takes a couple of years to finish just one book, and he has to start on this " business" thing now... any ideas?!

From the email responses I've been getting, it would seem so. Argueably i've made some inflamatory questions designed to get you to look at your own behavior, but I am not against you. If a judge ask you how you arrested a suspect, is he against you? No, he's determining if all was done according to law. right?
Furthermore, some laws are bad and need to be questioned, prohibition was a shining example. It only fascilitated gangs and crime; like the drug war of today. We now have the highest incarceration rate in the world, most of them drugs. Which I argue is a health issue, not a criminal one. Unless the perp is committing crimes for drugs. Sometimes the case, sometimes not. I t used to be the mentally ill were incarcerated because they were thought to be evil or possesed. In time we realized they needed compassion and treatment for their disease.
So understand my questioning is trying to cut to the heart of the truth. And if I'm wrong, i'm the first to admit it.

Book of genesis(1:9-13) says that the earth was created on the 3rd day.

Error- without the earth created how can you have a day or night because it depends on teh earth's rotation.

Book of genesis(1:11-13) says that the vegetation(i.e the plants herbs etc.) were created on the 3rd day, while the sun was created on teh 4th day.

ERR. how can the vegetations survive if the sun was created only on the 4th day.

Book of hebrews(1: 10-11) says that God created the heavens and the earth and that they will perish.

Book of ecclestesies(1:4) says that the erath will abide forever.

ERR. Either one has to be wrong because both cannot take place. One it has to perish or one it has to abide forever. So you have atleast one choice of an error here.

I run a website which has been up for a few years now. This means that the spam-bots have had plenty of time to find my email address, and I'm constantly being bombarded with ads for Viagra and the like.

What are the best (free) ways to reduce the amount of spam? It seems like requiring input of randomly generated text is a common way, but how can I set this up?
