All of them ...but the problem is we can't relate to all of them.
We accept some and reject some (/all) at face value ... What touches us at the end of the day helps us advance as human beings. If we look at the exoteric versions (where everything is taken literally :P ) of all the religion , we find that they contradict each other (& sometimes even itself) but if we look into the esoteric practices and traditions of each , we will find that all of them carry the same meaning .

Spiritualism is more reserved for a human self and religion is that which is of GOD. For example, there are many christians whom consider thier religion not a religion at all. But a spiritual walk with the christ. Like buddhism. It is more of a spiritual walk than a religion. Religions have spiritual individuals within it that can make that particular religion endowed with a grace that is a human being. Some involved can be prophets, sages, seers, monks, rabbis, etc. Or simply the people whom make the religion itself beautifull by the grace of allah. Though in my religion, it is all the will of Allah. But I try and aknowledge the individual themselves. And Allah is a whole other BEing.

So, to answer your question, spiritualism has to do with an individual and not the religion itself. Because an atheist can be more spiritual than a devout christian, muslim, jew, buddhist, etc. Pardon if this answer upsets anyone, but life can prove me correct. PEACE!

Well, that's a loaded question, wouldn't you say? If we're gonna play those rules Nondenominational Paganism is the most spiritual religion out there.

Really, as if you need religion to be spiritual...

Religions are about forming a personal relationship with Divinity, this personal relationship is Spirituality, you do not need one to have the other, and you do not get the one from having the other either, these are two separate things we are talking about here.....

The goal of every religion SHOULD BE, but not necessarily, high spirituality. However, because spirituality is a personal affair, no religion can be described as most spiritual. What works for one person may be a total failure for another even if it is rated highly. Therefore, all we can ask is, which religion do you find most spiritual FOR YOU?

All religions are intended to awaken the spirituality within...When the tornadoes, lightning storms, earthquakes, volcanoes and Tsunamis strike, man looks up for spiritual favors and miracles.

And let's NOT cause a nuclear holocaust...O, God !

"Spiritual" is a rather meaningless word. It's a more authoritative way of saying that you feel emotions about it.

And as far as emotional feeling goes, all religions capitalize on human emotions to sway converts. They'll use fear of Hell, promise of Heaven, guilt for not being perfect, and pity for martyrs to make the convert emotionally feel more "spiritual".

If a religion is over-spiritual, that means its againts our nature. Man is spirit and body. Any religion who ignore our body needs is a false religion

It's not a contest.

Spirituality is not competitve and by nature it transcends religion.
