I've tried to solve this problem but i cant get the answer.. I get x2 + y2 +4x - 12y + 15 but it is wrong. any suggestions on how to solve this problem would be appreciated.

Find the equation of the circumference that goes through (2,3) and (3,6) and is tangent to the line 2x + y - 2 = 0

i have a little cousin whos 3, me and her are extremely close and i see her alot. well one night she got in trouble and had to go to bed early, but she just kept coming out of her room everytime her mom put her back in ther she would just come out again, her mom (my aunt) gets really stressed out sometimes over little things, so my aunt was kinda stressed, so she went to another room to call her husband(whos on a hunting trip) in the mean time,my baby cousin comes out again, and i took her into her room and talked to her a little bit and sat w/ her a little bit until she was okay for me to leave, she didnt get up anymore after that, but i was just wondering if i should do those sort of things? especially when shes in trouble, her mom gets mad sometimes when try to do things w/ her that are kinda parental....should i just stay out of it next time???

Dont say im too young to be asking, im in t he sixth grade and I want to know if my boyfriend thinks about and talks to his friends about sex. I know not every guy is the same, but hes said some pretty gross stuff to me, like as a joke. Not about sex but like one time we had to trace something for a essay and so my friend had to trace this giraffe and hes like, its a girl girrafe. Im like how do yu know? and he pointed to its chest and then hes like. And theres nothing hanging down... So yeah plz answer!

Earlyer I asked a question on politics, and from people on the left, all I got was ridacule, and condemnation because of my spelling. I was never able to finish high school because I had to work to keep my family together after we lost our parents, I helped to raise three sisters, and a brother, and even helped to send two of them to collage. Abraham Lincion was the one who helped put a end to slavery, he was republican, In the 60's and 70's the republicans were standing behind Martin Luther King in the civil rights movement in this country, while the Dem's were against it, Ronald Regan exsteaned the rights for blacks in this country to vote, it wasn't Jimmy Carter. So why is it it has come to the point that they are now the more tolerant, when all you here them doing is calling people names, and never, ever talking about issues, and calling others intollerant? Just watch the answers to this question, and you'll see what I mean.

the timing belt broke on my 93 integra, and it is really expensive to fix. i don't want to go through with the repair, what are other options for it? would the local pick-n-pull scrapyard pay the most for it? or would it be accepted for donation to get a tax deduction? it had aprox 146k miles. sorry for all the questions. any help is appreciated =D
