where is the money from all the drugbust and gangs go?

Different areas have different policies but it usually goes towards the task force to enforce the drug laws and also some goes to the victims of this crime. In some cases it will go back to the offenders if they are found to be innocent.

they split it up between the arresting officers im sure

Most or all goes back into enforcement .
In the case of drug busts, some goes to the Feds.

a certain percentage goes to help fund more operations and in some places they split it up between the arresting officers im sure
