If you take them out, the holes will grow in and you won't have piercings anymore! The place I got mine pierced gave me some ear care stuff that you squirt on your ears a couple times a day. Otherwise, just use antibacterial soap and clean them regularly, and they should be fine.

well first you need to figure out if it's an infection or if the earring is too tight, or if the skin is growing over it. I just got my second holes pierced, and I had a problem with my right ear. I thought it was an infection, but it turns out the lady messed up when she did it and my skin was trying to grow over the earring. All I did was take the earring out and find one of my own that had a bigger head.
Your ears shouldn't get infected if you keep cleaning them properly. They may be red or sore for a few days, but that does not mean you have an infection (they try to scare you that way). Just leave them in and keep cleaning them...and after a while if they still hurt, I'd take them out.
Hope this helps!

It depends on the type of infection, keep the pierced ear or ears clean by using alcohol and a q-tip to clean around the earring if pus or redness occurs you should remove it, clean area and let it heal you can always start over.

don't take the earrings out for at least a week. just turn them and apply a little antibiotic ointment around the hole. after a week, you can take them out, clean them and your ears with peroxide and put the ointment on the stem of the earring before putting them back in, right after cleaning.

You get rubbing alcohol and put it on your ear then you put on Triple Antibiotic Plus that makes the pain go away then you just leave it out for a little while.

If you have a real infection, taking them out will just trap it under the skin and allow it to move to other parts of your body. If you get worried, go to a doctor and get antibiotics. And please, for the sake of your health, DO NOT EVER EVER get pierced with a gun!!! Go to a piercing parlor, where it is much, much safer.
